You will own the end-to-end product vision, execution, and delivery of Caravelo’s flagship travel tech product.

To achieve these goals, as a Senior Product Manager, you will drive strategy, execution, and delivery, and work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to implement the Product vision. As well as drive the qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure the best decisions for the Product and become the subject matter expert and evangelist for the product, both within the organization and externally.

This is a key, visible role in the company, reporting to the Director of Product. The achievements of our Senior Product Manager will have a direct impact on Caravelo’s business, revenue, and customers.

• Ownership of Caravelo’s flagship product end-to-end, from business requirements to delivery.
• Define and monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
• Drive and evangelize the product strategy and roadmap.
• Build and manage the product vision and execution, and define and scope requirements, features, and functionalities.
• Effectively prioritize features from multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as the key contact, expert, and ambassador for the product.
• Ensure key stakeholders are aligned.
• Work closely with Engineering, Executives, and CSMs to ensure the product success.

• 3+ year(s) of experience working in Product Management (as Product Manager or similar).
• Demonstrated previous ownership of a Product or feature.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Previous experience using qualitative and/or quantitative methods for product iteration.
• Experience with the software development process and Agile methodologies.
• An advanced level of English! 

• Previous startup/scaleup experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in a B2B technology and/or the travel tech sector.
• A love of travel ;)
