The marketing technology team is responsible for taking that output and automating its delivery into any digital channel. You will work closely with our leadership, engineers and customers to define our product roadmap and bring it to market. Key responsibilities will include client support, backlog management and owning new features from idea to installation.

What will your destination look like at FLYR?

  • Directly engage with our airline customers’ subject matter experts, and business leads
  • Serve as one of the customer’s primary points of contact from initial customer onboarding through to production operations.
  • Identify new opportunities to make the FLYR Marketing Technology Platform easier and more useful 
  • Work directly with engineering to communicate clear product requirement documents
  • Demonstrate and support adoption of new functionality

What can you bring on this trip?

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative products
  • Experience in building adtech/martech products with knowledge of the following: Audience management, paid search, paid social, marketing automation, pricing model, budget optimization, lift testing, measurement, and attribution.
  • Domain knowledge in digital marketing technology, specifically email, search, social and web
  • Customer-first mindset with experience defining and designing user workflows
  • Experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, partners, and development teams
  • Experienced working directly with both Engineering and users
  • Customer-centric with a proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
  • Familiarity using research, prototypes, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment, independently and with remote teams
  • Exposure to data science, machine learning models, and optimization is a plus
  • Airline or similar travel experience a plus
