The successful candidate must have experience making a company’s marketing results grow in the Brazilian market across several regions, and be able to prove their impact quantitatively. They need to be detail and execution-oriented, hold themselves up to a standard of excellence, and work well with inter-departmental stakeholders. They should be able to take action on a variety of tasks from idea phase to implementation, adapting and iterating as needed along the way. The ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and support multiple, simultaneous projects. This role is critical in driving the success of all strategies across the market, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local market dynamics.

The Daily

  • Manage and guide positively the territory marketing team with established goals and KPI’s, ensuring delivery and implementing contingency plans when results are not achieved.
  • Create and ensure implementation of a Go-to-Market Marketing Strategy.
  • Budget management and control ensure measurable impact and results.
  • Serve as a cross-functional marketing resource primarily dedicated to drive high-velocity growth and hit ambitious revenue goals.
  • Create meaningful local strategic partnerships with organizations & individuals that will drive revenue and brand relevance.
  • Connecting with potential partners, and potential guests to establish Casai as a vital part of the hospitality industry.
  • Manage marketing and promotional activities for new openings across the country.
  • Regular cross-functional alignment across teams, cultivating cross-organizational alignment in order to drive meaningful and measurable results. This role will be part-execution, and part cross-functional.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to architect a GTM plan. Partner with regional marketing to develop resources, assets, and segment expertise. Collaborate with the Growth and Sales team to align data with segment efforts.

The Essentials

  • Required language skills: native Portuguese and proficient English.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and a good base of general computer knowledge.
  • Data -and results-driven.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or startup landscape.
  • Highly creative, able to formulate a unique vision, and flawlessly execute the vision.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; effectively communicate and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to motivate team members and foster an environment of innovation.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Brazilian market including local market data and marketing funnel local insights.
  • Deep knowledge on how to do efficient and highly effective media planning with BTL, ATL, and TTL marketing initiatives
