As we expand our product offering, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer (Mobile Apps) to help us set the stage as the world reopens for travel.

What you will do: 

As a Product Designer at FindHotel, you will be part of the customer experience (CX) tribe. You’ll work with the team to build an innovative React Native mobile app for a hotel marketplace products. It will be our first product so your main goal will be to translate our web product a great native mobile experience. We’re on a mission to create the best and most-loved accommodation booking tool around!

Besides your own specialisation, you will be involved in shaping all key aspects of our customer-facing products.

This means that you will be: 

• Designing our brand new mobile app (React) from ground up
• Solving a diversity of product design challenges on the product with over 4M users monthly
• Creating and translating wireframes into beautiful user interfaces for mobile products that will become a real-used product 
• Finding optimal solutions backed by your knowledge, user research & testing
• Relentlessly improving the end user’s experience and validate your work via A/B testing and interviews with real users.
• Creating complex design systems and project documentation.

You are: 

• An experienced Senior Product Designer, with an impressive portfolio of (launched!) big mobile products under your belt;
• Curious with the ability to define and solve business challenges with visual design, regardless of project scale;
• Able to demonstrate clear and concise arguments for project decisions;
• Highly competent, able to convince the stakeholders regarding recommended solutions;
• Enormously detail-oriented and always looking for opportunities to question the status quo;
• Obsessed with designing world-class UI, something that’s clean and beautiful;
• Continuously improving your skills with a passion for growth;
• A crystal clear communicator.
