We are looking for Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Online Booking Project that used Blockchain Technology (Travala.com).

 

As the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Travala.com, you will lead all product development decisions for a rapidly growing blockchain-based online travel agency offering hotels, flights, activities, and concierge services. The ideal CPO we’re looking for is a strategic leader, visionary, team supervisor, and advocate of our products.

 

You will report directly to the CEO, and work with product owners, analysts, designers, and developers to lead and facilitate the creation of products that deliver value to both customers and the business.

 

This role will balance leadership skills, data analysis, user interface design, project management, blockchain infrastructure (tokenization), and user experience. You will also be in charge of a broad scope of product-related activities such as product strategy, development, vision, and design.

 

The Responsibilities: 

• Manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation; collect requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution

• Understand and explain complex technical issues, discern impact, and communicate them to maximize clarity and drive resolution

• Collaborate closely with engineers and analysts to dive deep into our data to understand our users

• Work with business leaders to help shape and drive business cases for product features

• Ideate and wireframe new features that will be in the hands of millions of users across the globe

• Identify the essential qualities of each feature: what's important, what's not, how can we limit cost and risk, etc. 

• Use good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs when scoping and specifying solutions, ensuring that anything we build adds value to the business and continues to impress users

• Create proposals and product management frameworks for marketplace users to express opinions on the product roadmap

 

• 6-10+ years of product management experience

• Excellent leadership skills to supervise and oversee the entire product organization

• A track record of building exceptional products that delight users and produce a clear business impact

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support. Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence

• Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results

• Previous experience in the online travel industry and blockchain/cryptocurrency is a plus.

• Experience working in regulated industries collaborating with legal, compliance, and customer support teams is a plus
